not signing, becuz if its in effect it would ruin rep's of ppl's ....um.....who has such a great rep that its know to all? .... lol, i mean u dont remember n e 1 in a city/outpost, even if their talking, cuz they're just spammers to u...so the only real way to build a rep (in my mind) would be to team up with A LOT of ppl....and even then, u hvae to be like "HEY, REMEMBER ME, I HAVE A GREA REP, SPREAD IT ALONG" and the only ppl that could do this in reason would be monks, cuz every 1 seems in need of a good monk...
...no i cant think of 1 person that has a good rep...every1 that i thought was cool is on my friends list...and thats like 10 ppl...
and dont even tell me ur rep is based of ur friends list...u could just add them, and they'd never know...and i swear, u go up to a stranger and say "hey im adding u to friends" their gann be like "ok....." so its not that hard to build up "friends"

i would assume theres about 2.5 million+ ppl that play GW...so who has such a good rep that its know to even .001% of all? (omg, dont attempt to calculate that u nerds, its just an estimation!)

hi

if you delete a character of yours the name is locked to you for 1 hour so you can create a new character using the same name.

after 1 hour if you havent used it it is free for whoever picks it next

So what? My friend had a name that was found inapropriate, he was forced to rename it however the name stuck on my friends list, same goes with anything else. SOmeone took my PVP chars name. I know this because my friend messaged it after i deleted it and said someone else had taken it. Like I said TEST THINGS BEFORE TALKING.
